For a cup of 250 ml of water you need a spoonful of dried thyme leaves. Boil the water, and when it boils, add thyme. Let it brew for 10 minutes, then let it cool, strain the tea and put it in a spray bottle. Apply as needed to the affected area to clean and disinfect.


Thyme tincture - method of preparation

The tincture is prepared from thyme leaves and inflorescences. Put 15 tablespoons of dry thyme in a bottle, add 400 ml of 50-degree alcohol, mix and leave to macerate for 12 days. After maceration, the tincture is strained and placed in small, dark bottles.
